When connected to Halies, it captures every meaningful agent interaction as a trackable event — giving your team the data to optimize agent flows, improve conversion, and understand where users drop off. Mixpanel's powerful segmentation lets you slice agent data by user cohort, plan tier, or geography.
Sample Configuration Steps
Go to Integrations → Mixpanel in Halies
Paste your Project Token from your Mixpanel project settings
Select the agent events you want to send to Mixpanel
Define user identity mapping (e.g., map Halies' user ID to Mixpanel's distinct ID)
Add any custom properties to enrich each event (e.g., agent type, session duration)
Save and trigger a test event
Check Mixpanel's Live Events feed to confirm data is arriving correctly
